"J&R Chavez Landscaping, LLC did an incredible job repairing the grouting and sealing a large natural flagstone patio at our home. It was in very poor condition and when his team left it looked better than new! His team was also able to repair and rebuild the interior supports under the floor of the patio. The workmen were excellent, came on time and worked over three days 8-5 every day. They were courteous and highly skilled in stone work. The price was very reasonable as well."

"Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. "George and his crew replaced our 26 year old asphalt driveway. It was in desperate need of replacement, and his crew was able to get it completed in a half day - and did an excellent job. Our neighbor saw his work and hired him to replace their driveway as well. We're both very happy with the work, and George was very helpful and communicated with us throughout the process. "Wow - punctual, courteous, professional, honest, and couldn't have asked for more.  First of all, a quick comment:  Most of the "A" rated services would not accept my business because I have pellet stove inserts.  I assume this is simply because the stove has to be pulled out and disconnected.  Metropolitan Chimney Masonry Service Inc. accepted immediately, and was very prompt and professional throughout. 
   Our rep showed up exactly on time, and explained everything that was to be done.  He was very careful while moving items around to gain access to the pellet stove, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.  He was very pleasant to work with.
    Special note:  I was a bit worried, as I have never employed a chimney sweep before, and a neighbor said that she needed to have a lot of work done.  Since it's a bit like taking your car into the shop (your flux capacitor is shot), the average Joe doesn't really know what's really needed in the dark recesses of our chimneys.  I was both relieved and very impressed with his explanation that my chimney was in fact in "very good" shape, no special or significant repairs were needed, and it was not very dirty at all (pellets produce low ash, he explained).  The crown is a bit worn re the masonry, and he showed my a picture and explained what a new crown would do to prevent rain water from seeping into the bricks.  I never felt any pressure, and everything was explained thoroughly.
All in all, outstanding service from a company I trust, and I will definitely be a return customer.  Joe (the average Joe I mentioned earlier)!

"Things were going quite well until I inquired about bagging excess grass that lay on the lawn and flower beds after the job was done. I was then told that it would cost an extra $3.00 weekly to bag grass. I decided to rake up the excess instead (saving money for me). I thought the grass was being cut too low; therefore,  I then inquired about mower blade height and was told it would cost an extra $4.98 weekly to raise or lower the blade. I have been a homeowner for longer than the provider is old, have had several lawn companies attend my lawns and have never, ever, heard of such a thing....from any company.
The provider simply wrote, "If I did not charge every customer the labor to change blades or lower, or raise them I would be loosing every job. If I did not charge to bag I will be loosing with dump fees labor fees. Eventually it will add up. Please understand ." He said it would take an extra 10 minutes to adjust blades. The county waste dump is within 5 miles.
Needless to say, his services were terminated.  What started out as a $25 weekly fee would have increased to $31.92 weekly and $131.92 monthly  instead of $100 monthly per 4 weeks  had I accepted the provider's proposal.
 Mind you, clipping hedges and general lawn work was not included....just mowing. Oh, after the family mulched the flower beds, the provider's crew blew grass clippings in the beds atop the mulch. Yes, I did mention this to the provider and the blowing continued. I was simply  not satisfied. Perhaps someone else might like the additions, but not us. My neighbor, I think, uses their services and might be satisfied. I did not inquire.

"Fernando cut and removed all the mortar joints on my stone walkway. Then he installed new mortar. He showed up on the date and time we discussed and the work was completed on time. He was clean and respectful of my property. He took the time to carefully remove old mortar and preserve our existing stones. The walkway looks great and we plan on hiring Fernando again!"

"they came and went when they said. i was very please with all they did. i asked them to build me a handicap ramp after all work was performed. and they did within 2 days that was completed. and i was very please. i'm able to get out of house on my own now. with the way it was build.
