"The workers were punctual, efficient and cordial. The price was cheap but will come out expensive in the end. <br /> In my opinion the carpet smelled worse and was dirtier after the cleaning. I think the problem is that 'steam cleaning' is a hot water extraction process. The carpet will only get as clean as the water they use. That means if they reuse water from a previous house the cleanest your carpets can be is the concentration of dirt/grime in the stored water. <br /> I used my spot-bot carpet cleaner in a small un-trafficked area. The water it removed was extremely dirty indicating the carpet was dirty. <br /> If you hire them make sure you are first on the list for the day. <br /> <br /> Update: I've updated the review to increase the rating. After airing out for a few weeks any residual smell has gone."

He did a thorough job cleaning an area of carpet with some significant stains both old and new. The freshly cleaned carpet looked great and I could see that he had carefully cleaned the entire area up to all the edges. Several weeks after the cleaning the carpet still looks great."

"DJ Floors is my favorite company for flooring and tiles and have done lot of work in my house earlier. I wanted to get an old fiberglass shower pan removed and replaced with a concrete pan with tiles along with a new shower door. As always, DJ Floors did an excellent job with it and built the concrete pan on-site along with installing the waterproofing membrane, cement board, new drain etc. Finally they installed tiles on the shower pan, base wall and curb. I provided some of the materials likes tiles, door etc. As always my experience with DJ Floors was excellent due to their professionalism, quality of work and very competitive pricing. I will highly recommend them and use them again in the future. I have recommended them to my friends in the past and will continue to do so."
