Their receptionist was very helpful and professional and scheduled someone to come do the work in less than one week. The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic. We had requested a quote and spoken with Richard a year prior to hiring and he was understanding when we had an emergency and couldn't move forward initially. A year later and Richard came back out to refresh his memory and verify everything, speaking with my wife and I about the process and options. We booked for Jan 2020 and the crew (Alcindor & Miguel) worked hard in the cold weather and let us know when they'd need to pause for snow.
