"This review should probably be three separate reviews, but I think it shows my trust in Vernon using him multiple times. He came out to give me a quote on a new gas water heater and relocating it about 8 feet over in the basement. The price was reasonable and he provided me the water heater information so I could see it's reviews beforehand. While installing my water heater, my tenant called and said the AC was not working. So, after completing the install and his other stops that day, Vernon went over later that day to take a look. The repair required a new part, so a few days later he repaired the AC and I had him replace a leaking pressure valve while he was there. About a month later, a house I renovated needed some repair work on a leaky drain before settlement (he was not the initial installer). Vernon went into that crawlspace and repaired the pipe and provided the appropriate documentation so we could get to settlement in time. I had Hamilton Plumbing and HVAC do work at my home, my rental, and then my house flip. I plan to have Vernon come back to run a gas line when I install a gas fireplace and again when I do my basement bathroom."

They came right at the beginning of the time window and finished as promised after couple of hours. HOWEVER, when it came to the coupon (which reads: "AQUA PLUMBING & HEATING CO, Water Heaters – $25 off any job for Angie's List members either 10% off up to $250.00 off bill***Please mention coupon when scheduling") they did not give me the 10% off (w`hich `would have been 132.50 USD) but $25 off on 1350 USD. Upon me asking they said the coupon is "awkwardly worded" and it's the $25 off - period. If I would have known that or the person I scheduled with and mentioned the coupon to would have informed me, I would chosen another provider with a better deal."

"I met Jeff at my daughter's house to have several things done: replace her ultraviolet bulb, replace her water filter, hook up her water softener (she had recently purchased her home), and her washer needed the P trap put in which she had purchased. Jeff did all those things and checked her well system (the tank needed air). I was so pleased with Jeff's work and so glad there is an Angie's list! I had an appointment with a water treatment co. to change my ultraviolet light and cancelled it. Jeff came and changed the bulb, checked out my water softener, and put air in the water tank (which was not done ever by the repair guy from the water treatment co. I've used for years).
