The first technician, Passmore Copeland, was very nice and capable and then in comes second technician, Anthony Palmieri, because his other appointment was cancelled so he "thought he'd swing by." I didn't ask for two technicians!. I didn't get any chance to approve any work, they did work that I didn't ask for, and I finally got an estimate for services after the work had been done. I had no contract, I wasn't asked anything.....This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my mother to fix four lights. $1000+! She was so devastated that she paid for half of it when she doesn't really have the means to do so. I contacted the company and they have not responded to my email, but be aware...."
