"My wife and I needed to have security cameras installed within our town home, in order to monitor our new born daughter and her baby sitter. We had some reservations about hiring this company because most of their previous jobs were for office buildings or out doors. After speaking with the sales person (Nigel) and customer service representative (Renee) as well as a few of their previous satisfied customers, we decided to hire MSI to install one out door camera and two in door cameras. The work that was done by the technician Steve was down right perfect. MSI was very accommodating and understanding with our schedules as Steve needed to come out twice due to an issue that needed to be resolved with our HOA. Upon completion the technician answered our questions very clearly and even stayed around to make sure that every thing worked as we wanted all throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this company and we are considering hiring them again to add additional cameras to our system in the future."

"Juan arrived a bit later than expected but got to work and did the jobs, running to Home Depot for needed parts which I didn't know we needed. He explaned things to me and knew what he was doing. He did all the jobs I outlined and left with everything working. He was cooperative in pointing the kitchen track lights where I wanted the to shine. He then looked at the plumbing job (vanity install) and realized that the vanity I bought wasn't a feasible option because of the direction of my pipes (to the side and not the back) therefore needing to go right through the drawers! I have returned the vanity to Home Depot! He didn''t waste time talking to me but did talk to himself (or on his phone ) while he worked! He cleaned up his dust and debris well, Satisfied with his cost which really should have been higher when I thought about it later. I would use him again if he was from near Frederick, but he came from Baltimore! I'd rather use local tradesmen...."

Our location was is a 120year old church, granite exterior, with both interior and exterior architectural restrictions that the normal installers I contacted did not want to proceed with. NWT has a great Facebook page that shows their previous work sites and that convinced me that they were the right contractor for us. NWT was not only able to provide us with the system we needed, but was able to do so within our budget restrictions. The crew was great to work with and their professionalism gave us the fit and finish I was looking for. If I had any questions or changes, they were only a phone call away. He did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess of wires behind the wall shelf and TV. We ran into a problem getting the Comcast box to function properly and Nav refused to quit until he diagnosed the problem.
