"The Doctor Flue team came out to my place right on time (actually, early!) and called ahead with their ETA. They were respectful of my home, great to work with, and did a fantastic job checking my chimney and gas fireplace to make sure it was safe and in working order. They "reset" the hearth, added the necessary materials, climbed a 30 foot ladder in 20 degree weather to check my chimney and provided a very detailed after-action report along with photos to give to my HOA for repairs. Cannot recommend them enough, all around a very positive experience."

He also gave me some excellent quotes on other things I need done, such as replacement of a very old side door that no longer conforms to present door sizes. The porch is now beautiful! Esser Builders assessed the problems and deployed a crew to make the repairs and improvements. Their work was outstanding, performed by a team of men and women who clearly cared about doing a good job, worked hard, and knew what they were doing. "Overall, very well. The company representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had all my questions answered in an honest and straight forward way. The company encouraged me to read some neutral articles about transporting a car and what to look for and what to ask. They were very helpful and not pushy like some other companies that I had contacted. The car arrived earlier than the estimated time. The condition of the car was exactly as it had been when it got loaded. I especially liked that we were able to put up to 100 pounds worth of personal belongings in the car. There was some disconnect between United Freight and the driver. I was told the car would be picked up on Monday and, since I was told it was door to door, I assumed he would be at our house. We have wide streets in our neighborhood so I did not think there would be a problem. Instead, the driver called Saturday evening, said he was picking up on Sunday morning and we were to meet him at a nearby shopping center. But the car did get delivered to the address at the other end."

"Eric and Stephan met with us initially to examine the project and give us an estimate of cost and time. They were very friendly and professional and it was obvious that they had experience with this type of work. We were able to subtract some money from the original quote by doing some of the work ourselves.ie: removing trim and picking up supplies. They were able to schedule the work within a few weeks. The work took all day, from 10am to 7pm, since installation of french doors is tricky. It involved a lot of shimming and levelling. They did an excellent job and we are so glad that we used Woodstone Builders. We are confident that this door was installed properly. They worked cleanly and efficiently. <br />"

"Perfect, professional & overall a great guy. We got a letter from our condo association demanding that we replace our broken screen door within 5 days of the date on the letter or face a hefty fine. I called a few handymen from Angie's list but the only one to answer was Andrew. He showed up at my house that same day and got my door up to code and also put up our new lighting fixture. I showed him a floating desk that I want to order online and he said he could install it so I will be calling him back for that as soon as my order arrives."
