When I initially spoke with Tom to make the appointment he was willing and able to come out that weekend, but due to my own scheduling conflicts we made the appointment for the following Saturday. He called the night before to confirm when he'd arrive and he showed up exactly when he said he would. "I was a little concerned about things going smoothly. I had emailed the project manager my list with photos, as I need to get some questions answered in advance of the visit. I had to make a few calls to get answers. But I figured if I could get the high priority items done it would still be worth it, especially for the price (an Angie's List special deal - 8 hours for $299). Colin arrived on time and diligently worked through the list. He was personable, answered questions and offered advice. Some of the things he did: planed 3 sticky doors, repaired a steel door where the layers were separating, repaired a gate opening and changed out the hardware, installed a light fixture, changed a lawn mower blade, replaced weatherstripping on garage door, re-caulked two sinks, installed a wall coat rack, several hooks and a towel bar and replaced blinds."
