"Do not hire these folks. They have NO IDEA what they are doing. I hired them to fix my ice maker. I normally fix thinks myself, but I was crunched for time. The technician opened the back of the fridge, poked around on his phone and quoted me ~$450 to replace the ice maker and water inlet valve. Then, attempted to sell me a new fridge once I exclaimed the price was too high, and that I didn't think the parts were needed. Several days later I started troubleshooting. All it was... a frozen water line, which I had suggested to the tech might be the issue. Cost me $0 to fix it. BTW estimates are not free as this site suggests. They charge an $80 service fee for incorrect diagnostics. Finally, I have no problem working with bilingual folks, but the techs English was so poor, it was hard to communicate. Save yourself time and money and avoid this company. "

"Art was very responsive to my phone calls regarding a broken refrigerator freezer and offered helpful suggestions for me to self-diagnose and fix the problem myself. Unfortunately, those self-help efforts failed and required a service call. He was on-time and diagnosed the problem as two broken fans. I placed a deposit for the repair and he ordered the parts. It took about 4 days for him to return for the repair. This was longer than what I had expected and freezer items continued to thaw. He retuned and completed the repairs which included repairing a clogged drain line as well as replacing the fans. Total cost of repairs was $335. However, 3 weeks later the the refrigerator started making noise again and completely broke - this time with no cooling in either the refrigerator or freezer section. I decided to replace the unit rather than attempt another repair."

"A Plus Appliance Repair is a company I highly recommend! I called on two appliances we were having issues with on a Friday morning. They worked us in, same day, and the parts came in early, so he called on a Sunday and wanted to know if he could come and finish the job on a Monday, which was a holiday. He didn't overcharge either for the parts or service and was quick with the repair turn around!"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
