He didn't charge us and helped us out as the All Gutters Inc who Ecmr used for our gutters, wanted $150 to make the cut. Dave brought all the right tools and was pleasant as he repaired their work. "Trust came out and installed my roof. The roof looks good and I think the price for the value was good. I had 2 issues, one was that here were a bunch of nails in the drain and when it rained, which was the next day, a bunch of nails were in my driveway, I called Trust and they sent someone right out to clean and re-magnet the area to ensure there was no more nails. The second issue was the crew accidentally drove a nail through the Freon line in my attic. The owner of the company called me and told me he wanted to be sure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. So he stopped by and resolved the issue. I want to be clear.
