"I highly recommend them. The company is extremely professional. They came out, did a quick inspection and proceeded to give me a lower price than any other Roofer that I had talked to. They were ready to do the actual work a week later. They came out, removed all of the old roofing, cleaned up all of the trash out of my yard, and installed a beautiful new 45 year architectural shingle with all the new features of a modern roof that was lacking on my old one. They even replaced some damaged sheathing for me once it was discovered under the old shingles. The roof looks amazing, and they were in an out with no mess in less than a day. "I interviewed nine different companies for replacing my roof (complete tear off), skylights, gutters with leaf guards, shake siding with board and batten shutters. Most of the companies were pushy and would give a today only; price. Only two companies even gave me a quote at all. Tinos, the owner of Xpress Exterior Design, was not pushy at all and was the only one to give me an actual written quote before he left. It was very detailed. His explanation of his products were superior to their competition. The price was reasonable and a phenomenal value for the cost! I have been in the new homes business for over 24 years and know what quality is supposed to be, the materials used were top notch and were installed correctly. He allowed me to use the lender I had and was willing to go through hoops the lender needed his company to do in order to be on the lender;s contractor list. Very hard working guys, friendly and artisans at the work they completed. The guys even saw rain running past a gutter and adjusted it without me asking. They all take pride in their work. I can;t speak enough about the character and trustworthiness of the owner and his team, they are all amazing people and we will be hiring them in the future as we continue to remodel our new home!
