"This was the first major project I've had done since buying my house, but Roof Right made the process smooth and easy to understand. I met with roof specialist Randy Harden for the estimate and he continued to be my main point of contact throughout the whole project. He was very thorough and gave me a lot of information on roofing in general, as well as the specific options that Roof Right offered. I ended up choosing a specific kind of roof vent and deciding to put off the gutter work for now, and I never felt pressured to add more services. This job was estimated to take 1 to 1.5 days and that was correct (nearly all of it was completed the first day, although the crew came back for an hour or so the next morning). The on-site crew was polite and efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning up the yard after the work was done. In addition, both the roof specialist and a project manager came to the house twice to check the work being done, once on the first day and then once after the work had been completed. The roof looks good and I'm already seeing improvements in the cooling/temperatures on the second floor. Roof Right also offers financing through Service Finance Company, and they gave several different options for loan terms and rates, so I chose the one that worked best for my budget."

"After seeing several water spots on my ceilings, I called two roofing companies to evaluate. One recommended an inexpensive solution for a few minor repairs. Jay from Home Wise recommended a full replacement. After a lengthy discussion to try to understand why the disparity, I went with Jay and full replacement. When my shingles were removed it was just like Jay said - multiple areas of excessive water damage with many pieces of plywood being replaced. The inexpensive repair would have been a complete waste of money. The work went smoothly and I have a beautiful new roof. I highly Recommend Jay and his team. "This team is amazing! It all began when we had those heavy rains at the end of July. Something told me to go into my attic and check things out. Sure enough, I discovered two leaks at the crown of the roof, and it was then I decided to make the call over to Fichtner, because I already knew these folks were amazing based on all of the positive reviews (and the work they had done on the house prior to me moving in). As the day of heavy rain went on, my leaks got worse. I took some photos and sent it over to one of the members (this was midnight), and they came back at 6:30 the next morning to make a temp repair...which had held up well (even considering that the storms just kept coming for a while). Several weeks later, I finally have an amazing new roof (and shed roof as well), and the neighbors love it. I couldn't be more happier, and now (for a long time) I won't have to worry about the roof. "After calling many roofing repair companies and only getting a commitment to drive by and inspect my wind damaged roof within a few days, I called HF Roofing and spoke with Heriberto. He came out to my house within an hour to look at the damage. He quoted me a reasonable price and said that if he was able to find the matching shingle brand and color then he would have a crew out to do the repairs the next day (Sunday). Otherwise, he would have to wait until Monday to purchase the correct shingles to do the repairs. He contacted me on Sunday morning to say that he had the shingles, and the crew came out to my house an hour or two later. I am so happy to have the damage repaired so quickly and in advance of forecasted rain. HF Roofing customer service rates an A+."

"We needed are master bathroom renovated and had to do it with a budget in mind. I was up front with that expectation and Greg was really great bring me numbers right away if there was unforeseen extra overages and expenditures through out the project. We chose a hexagon marble for the floor and white subway for the walls with a large niche. I’m a DIYer with perfectionist tendencies so when I wanted something changed or fixed He did it right away no problem. I had him install a infinity drain with inlay tile and some tile around it didn’t lay right after grouting and I asked for it be fixed and he did it no problem. He was honest with what worked or didn’t when I showed him pictures of what I wanted. The crew was every polite and always cleaned up their messes. I had to do some extra cleaning some days and at the end. Duct tape used for the floor protector paper left a big mess to get up but whatever. We also did all the painting our selves to save some money and installed the new light and sealed the marble ourselves. Also the plumber he contracts with was amazing. Him and his apprentice did excellent work and I was extremely happy. I will have them do all our heating and plumbing from now on. Over all I’m very pleased and would ask Tomas Brothers back in my house to do more projects."
