"When our AC system needed to be replaced Jon gave us an estimate and began work as soon as possible. We were out of town and our adult son was there to allow Jon and his crew to complete the work. Jon kept us informed every step of the way. We also had the upstairs duct work replaced which need to be replaced. When we returned home the completed work was well done as we expected. A few days before we arrived home the downstairs AC stopped working which Jon had installed. First chance he got came over and resolved the problem. Now that's how a family works together. "We were in the unfortunate position of needing to replace two HVAC units in our home at the same time. We learned that our son is sensitive to mold and found that our existing units, which were 15 years old, had mold in the plenum. We reached out to five local A/C businesses in efforts to find a person or company we felt comfortable with who would install two new, trustworthy HVACs with a filtration system to combat mold.
