"After the initial consultation they forgot to send me the estimate until I requested it. We had discussed adding two new bathroom vents and we were told it wasn't a problem. They were the cheapest bid for the same materials as all the other companies we had spoken with, so we set a date to start the work. On the day of the install no one showed up and I received a call a few hours later stating they didn't have a crew and we rescheduled it for a few days later. Again, no one showed up. We rescheduled it a final time and someone finally came to do the install. The crew that came did a good job with the install but the clean-up with the magnetic sweeper was not great. There were nails, roof tiles, and debris that was not hard to see and was left for us to clean. They completed the job rather late and I noticed the next morning that the bathroom vents had not been cut out like discussed. I called and was told that because I never told them where to put the holes they couldn't do it. I was not aware I was responsible for letting them know where to cut the holes. I was also home all day and no one came to ask me where to cut the holes. They offered to come and cut the holes after they were finished but after taking off three days from work already and the roof was complete I did not want them to tear it up. I got a new roof but I would rather pay more money to have a company that is more responsible and respectful to the customer and their time."

After talking to my construction friends,then talking with Steve at Allears, the decision to go directly to Allears was a no-brainer. Not only did they do what they said they would do, they finished my roof in several hours earlier as predicted . I will highly recommend them to family and friends. "Contractor replaced the roof but took advantage of us on pricing. They promise a lot verbally but don't deliver. They tore the old shingles off and then we had to haggle in terms of thousands of dollars to complete the job while using our credit card to buy materials and then charging us a surcharge. The do every legal but they are not trustworthy Would recommend someone else unless you have a very simple job with a firm price."

"This was not a roofing job, but the above drop-down menu doesn’t give a choice I can select. This was a major kitchen and floor remodeling job. Fantastic experience, from the very beginning when Ron came to the house to discuss the project. Budget was very reasonable and he kept us abreast of the project’s progress, including unanticipated issues with our old plumbing and electrical connections, which were promptly and efficiently addressed. Ron is affable, very professional and responds immediately to any request. Likewise, his crew were pleasant, professional and left the place very tidy when all was finished. After the project ended, we found a few minor issues (as in any project) that were fixed the very same say or no later than the next morning. Am delighted to highly recommend Ron Kruger. This company makes remodeling a very pleasant experience!"

True professional, very knowledgeable of home construction which helped in performing structural repairs (rafters, support beams, laths, chimney close-in, new decking, and total reroof). He's very confident in his team's workmanship, skills and quality as evidenced by his good workmanship warranty. He was a good team player on our project, offering advice and counsel on materials, the conversion of my wood burning fireplace to an electric fireplace and other improvements that we plan to make in the house. He and his team did an excellent job of cleaning up/hauling off scrap and waste materials from the project.
