"Answered the phone promptly and sent technician out quickly. Tha technician was very nice and knowlegdable and came prepared to set a trap. Two companies I interviewd were cheaper but I really liked the technician so I accepted their contract. Some companies charged a trip fee everytime they came to remove a trapped animal. This company did not.so that was another factor in my decision. It took about 2 weeks to actually trap the animal but they came back several times to rebait and move trap to different locations.They promptly came to pick up the captured animal . Then the house needed to be sealed and they did that. The technician had to crawl all over the attic  to seal all potential openings and somehow get up to the gables on the second floor attic.I have no idea how he got up thereon a ladder in an unfloored attic In addition, they applied fireproof foam insulation {not just plain foam insulation} to the catwalk bridge that connects the detached garage to the house.Over the insulation a wire critter proof screen was placed,as in all the other areas.Then they showed me all they had done to make sure I was satisfied and aware of the extent of the treatment."
