"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"Responded within 15 min of their name coming up for me on Angie’s List. Arrived on time and completed work in a very timely manner. Cody walked me through adding the app to my phone and syncing the remotes, app., and door openers."

"As a retired Naval Officer I moved routinely during the course of my <br /> naval career. None of those moves went as smoothly as my last move when <br /> Tim and his crew moved my wife and I from three locations (2 houses and <br /> a storage unit) to our new house. Tim was very supportive in <br /> consolidating our moves to minimize cost and offered suggestions how to <br /> keep his costs down. They were on time, respectful of our things and <br /> moved with a sense of urgency; Tim billed actual quoted price and <br /> completed the move(s) in much less time than I anticipated. <br /> Moving is stressful enough - A Master Movers reduces some of that stress. <br />"

"All I can say is that it that it is my experience that is VERY difficult to get reliable high quality work performed in Tucson and it is never an easy process. As for the work this company performed, I had hired other contractors to get this work done and they charged me money and did the work but the work was either poor quality or the work done did not fix the problem. One guy in Tucson, the original one that I hired to do the outdoor lighting, even contracted with me, took my deposit money, and then called me the day he was to start and told me, sorry I can't do the job and he still has not returned my deposit. So as for the work done by Brooks Restorations, well I have nothing but compliments. the work took longer to perform than estimated, some due to unforeseen issues, but people drive by my house now at night and they think its a resort. My bathroom wall is beautiful, the marble tile matches and the wall is not rotting anymore from the shower water hitting it. And, my flat roof, well the roof is now draining when it rains and the water is not puddling and remaining up on the roof after a rain, which is not good in Tucson. When the home was built, they did not slope the roof correctly and this has always been a problem. Other people I hired just kept coating it and making it worse. It actually took 16 bags of concrete to fix it, when he thought 7 would do it, and he worked on it till it drained properly and then, re-coated it. He even replaced the wood on the roof that had rotted with material that won't rot and which I had paid someone else to replace and they did not. I would HIGHLY recommend this company."

"We discovered our back door had been installed wrong by a previous person and hired Old Bisbee Enterprises to fix it. They removed the doors, parts of the floor which had been damaged by the water leakage due to the poor previous installation and some of the sheetrock around the door. They then re-built the door, floor and parts of a wall. They re-installed the inside door and the security door. They did an amazing job and it looks beautiful! In the process we also discovered we had to have a gutter over this door and they took care of that as well. They were on time every day, worked very hard and did the work for what the estimate said it would cost. These guys are very professional and do amazing work. This is the second job they have done for us. We will hire them again if needed!"

"Wow, where to start.  Delta mechanical is contracted through the Costco water heater program.  I noticed one of the program brochures while shopping at Costco one day and gave them a call.  They offered a number of water heater options.  We chose a tankless unit and scheduled the install.  One interesting thing about this company is the installers cover a very large area, so they often drive long distances between appointments, so in my experience the appointment windows are more like general guidelines than set time windows.  This was challenging when I was scheduling work at a house we had just bought with no furniture yet and trying to entertain my two toddlers while waiting for the worker to arrive.  At a later appointment I even found out the worker wasn't really scheduled to come even though the office said he was.  In any case, that first appointment the worker did arrive and installed the water heater.  He ended up working past dark installing the water heater along the outside of the house since he started so late in the day, probably due to a long drive.  Anyway, I also had to come by late at night to sign the paperwork and make my payment.   <br /> As soon as my husband saw the water heater by the light of day, he could tell there were problems with the installation.  We called the company.  They wanted to wait until the city inspected it, but there were such obvious issues that they gave in and scheduled the installer again.  Eventually the installer came and made fixes.  Then we scheduled the city inspection.  Inspection found five findings they still had to fix.  Installer scheduled and rescheduled and made fixes.  Delta paid for the additional inspection time needed.  Then city inspection passed. <br /> The water heater installer had made a large hole in the stucco of our house where he put the water heater.  A really large hole, several feet high.  Once the inspection passed, we got a quote from a handyman for the stucco repair.  He was incredulous.  Never seen anything like it.  The water heater would need to be taken down and the stucco patched behind it to keep water out.  Thank goodness we hadn't had any significant rain in the months between the install and that point.  We communicated with Delta customer service, which was actually quite good, and they agree to pay the stucco patch cost.  Return Delta installer to take down water heater.  Follow with stucco patch and cure and nearly a week with no hot water.  Again return a different Delta installer to put back water heater. <br />  The real kicker came when the different Delta installer came to reinstall the water heater.  I was actually annoyed at first that the main office refused to schedule the same installer from all the previous visits since he knew what was going on, but it was a blessing in disguise.  The new installer saw the size of the stucco patch and was just shocked.  He said he had never seen anything like it, that there was absolutely no reason to cut a hole like that.  He proceeded to quickly install the water heater without any significant stucco holes.   <br /> Oh, if only he had been the installer to come out in the first place.  It would have been so much easier.  Overall, I have to give the customer service department kudos because they were really helpful and did pay for the repair.  (Though the main customer service guy did leave the company in the middle of handling my case, not sure if that was completely a coincidence.)  But seriously, they might have lost money on my install.  If the company just assigned installers jobs they were qualified to do, everyone would be better served.  Personally, I wouldn't chance it again with this company. <br />"
