"My initial review of this company was excellent however, after they left we started to notice things were not right. The stainless steel doors they installed under our BBQ were badly stained with cement and we could not get the stains off, there was cement stains on the back of our house and back door which we could not get off, The planters we asked them to install we not properly drain and filled up with water so much that we could not plant any flowers, the screens on our brand new outdoor gazebo we purchased were badly stained with cement dust which we could not remove and the bar that was built was so poorly supported that the granite company asked that we install additional supports before they installed the granite. After several failed attempts to have them come back and empty promises I ended up fixing all the mistakes myself, lesson learned, don't pay the full balance until the smoke clears and you really get a chance to inspect everything!!!!!!! This company left hanging!!!!!"

Upon discussing how much brick is required, I learned other companies were taking advantage of me. Ian called when he had a cancellation and fit me in. Ian and Steven worked very diligently each day, so meticulous in their work. It looks amazing, I am so pleased. They will be back for other work I need!!"

We, also, hired Stewart to replace well worn boards and railings on 2 decks with composite decking and new wood railings. The new pavers and decks are beautiful; the craftsmanship is impeccable. Stewart was always available to answer questions and kept us up to date about the project via text, phone or in person. He did everything he said he would do within the time frame he said he would do it in. I would definitely hire Stewart again; Iâ m already in the process of discussing another project with him. "Santos and his crew did a fantastic job, They replaced the asphalt driveway, reset the existing brick apron on the driveway, replaced the landing on my front steps with bluestone, powerwashed everything and put down fresh polymeric sand on my front walk and apron. Two companies that I contacted never called me back, and one did not want to do repairs, only new installations. I would definitely recommend Empire."
