"Ali came over to our home when we called with a concern of the air flow in our central air conditioning system. He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone."

"Jonathan replaced my burner 3 years ago and it was a great experience- recently replaces my central A/C- they show up on time work clean and are true pros at the best price"

"Extremely satisfied & pleased with the work performed by Elm. Eric, Rob & Jesse were great on the installation – on time, neat, careful to show us the status as they went through the job. Have already recommended Elm to neighbors who expressed interest. Scott was great on the initial review & estimate & Cathy in the office was extremely helpful as well. Thank you to the whole Elm Team!"

"Excellent service and installation. Very reasonable price."

"Joe was very respectful, personable and patient and explained what he would do and why to ensure our central air would finally work. It took ALL DAY but he installed an exhaust fan in the ceiling with attic ducts to draw out hot air, performed a chemical wash of the condenser, installed a wifi thermostat that required a new transformer and taught me how to use it. I LOVE being able to monitor indoor and outdoor temps on the app and I can see that our summer tenants are using it and that the AC is working great when needed."

"I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"

"I recently had a 5 ton central AC unit installed in my home. I had some issues with the installation crew, but as soon as I contacted Varsity s customer service and explained what had transpired, immediate action was taken to rectify the situation and make things right. I d like to commend Varsity for its first rate customer service, and give special mention to Eric, Mark and (AC supervisor) Jim, who all went to great lengths to ensure I was a happy customer."
