Gui regualrly checked in to provide us updates on the status (permitting, install progress, etc.) and to see if we had any questions or issues. The crew was fantastic. Clean and quick. The best part? The City of Mt. View told Lifetime to install 20 vents on a 2,500 square foot roof!!! Lifetime spent time with the inspector and got that down to 5 vents and ridge vents. Very helpful! He was very patient, and made sure I felt my questions were thoroughly addressed. Everybody on the team was great to work with, very professional, always friendly and polite, including Alejandra in the office, who kept me updated with emails. The work started at an earlier date than was estimated and was completed in less days as well, including the replacement and installation of the gutters with leaf filters. I was very impressed through the whole process, and I am very happy with the new roof and gutters -- they did a great job!"
