"These guys did an absolutely amazing job! My timeline was a little up in the air because we had some much work we needed to do and Robert was more than accommodating! When Robert came for the walkthrough he was very thorough and also very knowledgeable. When it came to the job itself it was pretty big they repaired repaired and refinished our entire house. We also added new hardwood to our Kitchen and Laundry that was woven into the attached rooms so it would be seamless walking from room to room. They also repaired, replaced and refinished the parquet in one of rooms that had some pretty serious paint damage. They also put in new baseboards in our laundry room that match the rest of the house. They also refinished a window parquet seat we have which wasn’t included in the quote for free because it was going to look better to match. Also they did a couple of smaller closets and one larger one for free for the same reason. I can not express how grateful I am that I found these guys."

"Henry with MC Tile responded by text on 12-9-21 that I requested a quote. I texted back and described the job and sent him pictures of the area. On 12-13-21, he sent his brother, Manuel, to measure the area so he can properly give me a quote. On 12-14-21, Henry texted me with a quote of $1300 which I accepted, and we scheduled the work to start on 12-21-2021. On 12-21-21, Henry sent his work, Jairo, to do the work. Jairo did not speak English, but the job was completed on 12-22-21. I put in a sealed envelope $1300 and gave it to Jairo on 12-22-21. Jairo came back on 12-23-21 to apply grout sealer and Henry called and asked for $200 more which I gave to Jairo in a sealed envelope to give to Henry. On 12-29-21, I notice chunks of grout and white powder coming off the tile, so I texted Henry about the problem and sent him a picture. And Henry responded to let me know that he will fix it. On 12-30-21, I noticed more chunks of grout was coming off, so I sent Henry another picture. Henry texted back "Don't worry, I'll fix what needs to be fixed". Eventually, Henry scheduled to come back on 1-7-22 at 9am to fix the problem. However, morning of 1-7-22, Henry texted and said he had an emergency and asked me to reschedule to the following Friday 1-14-22 at 9am and I agreed. However, on 1-14-22, I waited till 10:05 am but Henry did not arrive. I texted and called him several times throughout the day to find out if he was coming and did not receive any responses. The problem has worsened as the day passes; more grout is coming off the tiles. I texted Henry again this morning 1-17-22 and he has not responded. The person who did the tile work used my flower pots as his garbage can leaving me with a lot of clean up in my garden. And he did not cover my black granite countertop before starting the work causing my countertop to get stained with white stuff which was a chore to clean up. Henry's quote included clean up and that they would take away all the garbage from the job"
