There quote was accurate with no surprise up-charging or changes. Overall Lugo’s has been one of the best companies we have hired to complete our home projects. "Would hire Robert Wright again, in fact I have some other jobs that I plan on having him do in the near future. I had Robert and his son install a storage shed for me that I had planned on doing myself, but I recently had surgery and couldn't do it until next spring. When I called Robert to schedule the job and explained to him that I needed it done in approximately a month he said he would do his best but he had some other jobs already scheduled and would try to work us in. He ended up coming out a few weeks later and completing the job in 1 day instead of 2 days and did a great job."

"Brandon showed up on time, was honest and worked quickly to get the job done. He had to remove the molding from one side of the door jam and insert shimmies to straighten out the door jam so the door would shut properly. He also tightened screws to give the door more lift so it wouldn't drag when opened and closed, and replaced the door knob, which I had purchased. I would definitely use him again."

Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! Zohar showed up on a regular basis to make sure all was on track and was available any time we had a question/concern. He walks with you through the whole project and is in constant communication. He then gives you a 3D version photo, with the tiles you select so you can see what your kitchen and bathrooms will look like before even starting - super cool. Zohar would also approve any purchases to ensure everything would fit properly (vanity, mirror, toilet, shower fixtures). Was very comforting to have someone available to assure that all your purchases would work out. Zohar’s team was great–they know their stuff — he knows what he’s doing! All the guys were very polite, respectful of my privacy, and cleaned up every day. The work finished on time, and we were so pleased that the project cost exactly what Zohar quoted.
