We signed the contract on September 11, 2015 and the system was fully operational on November 20, 2015.  My house is all electric,( heat pump, well pump, the works ).  Over the winter our highest bill was $ 220.00. Over the summer most bills were about $9.00. "In the garage in our house, there was a wire leading from the outlet for our garage door opener up into the ceiling, and we did not know what it was for. Apparently, the previous owner had done it and the electrical box was open with wire running out of it. Mr. Herrera came in traced where the wire went, put a new box in to clean up the mess. He traced the wire, reran it to the panel with a separate breaker. His work was clean and neat. He treated me like a professional should, and I highly recommend him."

"On January 14, 2013, I used a coupon to have my furnace cleaned and serviced.  The gentleman did an excellent job.  Since the furnace was over 20 years old, he recommended upgrading before it quit, as it is located in the ceiling crawl space.
Over the next nine months, I contacted several Heating and A/C contractors, including Mike Evangelista from UGI.  On September 5, he arrived and we discussed a split system.  Unfortunately, I needed permission from the Condo Association to move the unit to the side of the condo (rather than in the back).  Several weeks later, the gentleman from the association told me that he had made an appointment with Mike, but Mike never showed.
