"C&H Cleaning & Handyman Services Formally Cristina and Jared's Cleaning I have used C & H Cleaning and Handyman Services for about a year and a half. I highly recommend their services. Originally I hired them to clean my house before a party. While they were at it I had them fix some things around the house. They did such a good job I hired them to clean my mothers house for an event and then I gave my daughter a clean house as a Birthday present using their services. Currently they come every two weeks to clean my house and they do a very great job. Usually I have the same person all of the time, she is very through and efficient. She helps do special little projects, like cleaning and organizing a closet. On occasion when the regular person could not come, Al the owner comes with the replacement to make sure that they know what I like. They also bring their own cleaning supplies. They use something better than BONO on my wood floors. I found they also steam carpets , so I had them steam clean an area rug that was filthy and had really thick pile. It looks great now."

"Our garage has 2 separate doors, both of which needed servicing and openers (one had an opener that wasn't working well, and the other had no opener at all). <br /> My request for a quote was answered within 24 hours and the quote was done within the next 24 hours. When I called to schedule the appointment, they got me on the schedule the following day. <br /> Roger, Dynamic's technician, was prompt, courteous, and thoroughly professional. He explained what he would be doing and looked into a couple of other issues I asked about, including the springs. He advised that the springs weren't up to snuff, and since I know they're 20 years old, that didn't surprise me. He explained that replacing the springs now would only add the cost of the springs (no extra labor charge) and when he only had one of the proper size on his truck he went out and got another within about 30 minutes. He completed the work in a timely manner and he left the garage floor cleaner than it was when he arrived. <br /> My thanks to Roger and the folks at Dynamic Garage Door. "My 96 year old mom has a dog that she loves. This dog has been peeing on her bedroom carpet for 2 years. It smelled awful and made the whole 1000sq foot house stink. Mom and the dog aren't going anywhere so the carpet had to go but I didn't want to just replace it so the dog can pee up a new carpet.  <br /> Robert came over and I explained the situation.  He gave me an estimate.  I called back 6 weeks later.  They still had my estimate and scheduled the job.  Robert and his partner arrived on time.  They did the work as Robert had outlined in the estimate.  Rip up carpet and pad.  Wash the floor with a concrete cleaner.  Seal the concrete floor with an antimicrobial sealer which Robert recommended if the dog pees in there again (which sadly will probably happen).  Get rid of the old carpet.  They were finished in less than 2 hours.  They were polite and considerate.  <br /> Boy, does my house smell better!  All hail D-Mac. <br /> <br />"

"He didn't come out until I called him, and he said that his messages must have gotten lost. But anyway, he did perform the work, the garage door maintenace. I also used him to replace some pieces for the garage door and to replace the garage door operator. So I did use him for more work. He was professional and did a good job and did the work that I asked him to do. There was just some, his messaging system maybe messed him up. The delayed response was a problem, but that is the only problem I had with him. I would recommend him."
