"I called Nutter Appliance to fix my Thermador oven because it wouldn’t heat. Ken, the Thermador technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the oven out of its enclosure and then checked the heating element, wires to heating element, mother board, relay switch that sends current to the heating element, and the Interlock air switch, which closes when the oven fan is blowing to prevent the oven from overheating. The problem was that the Interlock air switch wasn’t closing so that the oven wouldn’t turn on. It was fortunate that I called Nutter Appliance because they had Thermador switch even though the part was no longer available from Thermador. I was really pleased with Nutter Appliance and highly recommend them."

So they didn't do the work.  I only paid a small service fee or something and then they ended up not doing the work and I bought a new washer. But, I appreciated that. They could have had me repair it. They could have had me repair it seven times and I would have, on their advice, but they were honest. As a matter of fact, we left their magnet on our refrigerator."

"First time using Angie's list.  I put the request in online but also followed up with a phone call.  I was scheduled for an appointment for two days later which I was happy with as I have had to wait a week with prior services.  The repairman cleared the area around my washing machine and sent it through diagnostics.  He discovered that there was some type of material blocking the pump.  He cleaned out, tested and recommended using it before replacing the pump which he didn't think I needed.  In the end I was charged the service call of $90 plus a labor fee of $25 which is his charge for 15 minutes of labor (he worked on it longer than 15 minutes).  There was a deal on Angie's list which was A $75 credit for $50 so it ended up costing me just $90 for the visit.  The repairman also stated that if the pump did need to be replaced it would need to be ordered and I wouldn't be charged another service call just the $25 for labor for each 15 minutes and it would probably cost $50 in labor plus the part.  I was satisfied.  Thanks for the prompt and efficient service. <br />"
