"I had a small leak due to a nail pushing back up out of the roof tile. It was difficult for the repair person to find however while he was looking he noticed a lack of sealant around several of the roof penetration's metal flashing. He sealed all of these as well as the small leak. Well done - I will use them again if needed.

"Signature Exteriors did a great job. They were prompt in responding to my request through Angie's list. They came out the same week and inspected the roof. Michael provided pictures of all of the problem areas as well as the minor repairs he made while he was on the roof. He provided a detailed estimate of the repairs he suggested which included replacing a run of shingles, fixing some flashing that was installed incorrectly and replacing a damaged gutter along with the rotted wood caused by the gutter. The work was completed quickly and office was great at communicating with us about the timing."

"We have an 1976 contemporary era home with original cedar siding. I had a hard time finding someone who had experience doing repair work on such expensive and delicate material until I found Vail-Syde Construction. Ruston was an absolute professional and pleasure to work with. He showed up when he said he would, didn’t try to upsell me, was able to source the cedar siding which is not readily available and does top quality work in a timely manner. He and his crew put our house back together beautifully and we are thrilled to have found such a great company to work with. I have hired many subcontractors for our home renovation over the last year and Ruston is a stand out. I plan to use them in the future for all our siding repairs and more."

"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. I canâ t say enough good things about them!"

"We moved into a home that had been a flip and neglected. We are slowly restoring her to her former glory. One of our tasks was to have the gutters cleaned and repaired. I had called servral company without a response. I called Shine Bright, and they answered! I was lucky since they had a opening and within the hour a crew was at my house - on TIME! Amazing, and seems to be a lost art! They got right to work and repaired and cleaned my gutters. They cleaned up after they were done. I am so impressed by their professional service and going above and beyond. I after I wrote a check, they started to tell me pricing on window cleaning. I have one tall window that I am not able to reach. I asked if they had time to clean it then, they did. The window is sparkling clean! Thank you!"

"Great job done !! One day to replace the roof. Very clean working crew. Highly recommend."

"Great work! My 2012 looks brand new. Also, excellent work on spot removal and upholstery cleaning. Very professional attitude. I would not hesitate to use Quick-N-Brite in the future or recommend their service to others."

"Alex returned my call about a quote on the weekend (when does that happen?!) and arrived 2 days later on time to do the work. Sent me pictures from the roof and cleaned up when he was done. Great experience."

"Originally, we were scheduled to have our roof inspected on January 10, but due to an ice storm it was not actually inspected until January 24. The owner came out finding that the roof was in pretty good shape. However, some of the roof caps on the various ridge lines needed to be replaced. He also found that the sealant around the pipes coming through the roof had cracked and could be letting in water from either rain or snow. The Technician came out the next day and repaired everything. He also cleaned out the gutters which were long overdue to be cleaned."

"Charles competed work on our roof to repair a significant leak that two other companies had gave up trying to repair. Charles knew right away what the correct repair should be and with one follow up visit after the initial repair has it completed at minimal cost to us.
It was a pleasure working with him!
