"I needed a bulkhead changed to a walk in door. He showed up at 7:30 am with 2 other carpenters. They were packed up completely done by 2:30 pm. Flavio is very professional as well as his workers. Very respectful. They took all old wood and scraps away. They call what I wanted a dog coop. I love my new entry. I waited for it to rain before writing this. Not a drip of rain inside. I will not hesitate to have Flavio do any other carpentry work I need. His prices are very competitive. I'm very satisfied with his work and would recommend him."

He explained the costs thoroughly, what needed to be done to get my beloved home of 32 years ready for selling. Very sensible and sensitive to my situation. They actually hung some paintings for us because we have like a two-story wall.  We live in a raised ranch, so there?s a big wall that goes from the ground level up to the ceiling of the first floor, along the stairwell, and I wanted a painting hung up at the top of that wall.  And so I called Tom and said well who do you know that can do this and he said well we do that.  I said okay.  So he sent a couple of guys out, not only did they hang the painting, they re-hung paintings that were kind of crooked.  They just took care of hanging things that required going up a ladder, like a two floor ladder, a two-story ladder.  What they did was up a scaffolding and just did it that way, which is not something that a homeowner can do.  I just keep going back to LOPCO for everything.
