"Honest company and excellent professionals. We were doing some remodeling in our house and left the floors for last because we didn't know if we were going to change or just repair them. We started calling companies to get their opinions and see the prices until we found these guys. When they came to the estimate, they were explicit and very correct. They gave us a bunch of ideas of how to address the problem with the floors without having to spend too much money. To make the story short, they did a refinishing and the floors look brand new. We didn't believe it when we got back to the house. We went on vacation during that week of work, so we didn't have to worry about anything. Hector and his dad took care of everything. By the time we came back the house was ready to receive visitors. And then, my wife decided that she wanted to install wood in the ceiling. At that time Hector helped us find the right wood and took the job without hesitation. We appreciated this very much because they were fully booked for those days and he accommodated us and did a wonderful job. The level of craftsmanship and quality of Martinez is unique. We love our wood floors but the ceiling is simply fantastic. We are very please with the experience with this company. "I put in my claim with choice home warranty and CHW setup an appointment for/with Demond electric company The technician arrived I paid the required service fee charge (the service fee varies per state -i have used CHW in 3 different states and the service fee was affordable for the 3 different states) The Demond Electric technician Paul was very very professional, polite, knowledgeable and did a great job."

"Brandon Bing and Steve Lorenz are owner-operators and I found both of them to be skilled in their trade, honest and hardworking The installation of the water heater and solar panels went well and any bumps were smoothed out. I am initially disappointed in the Solar array's electric impact but I have a few trees that I need to take out and I still need to get my FPL net metering installed. At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. These comments are in no way a reflection on All American Solar for their work ethic or products. In fact, the array is expandable so that I can add more panels in the future. The Solar hot water heater is fantastic and has saved me about $60 per month off my electric bill. I would gladly recommend All American Solar for your solar panels or a solar hot water project and I would hire them again."

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."

"I found Mr. Hershberger on angies list, after seachingh for a contractor to fix a supposed problem in my attic, according to homeowners insurance company. When I contacted him he was very helpful in answering all my questions and when he came out to my house to inspect the situation, he also called the windstorm inspection company on my behalf to get clarification . I ultimately hired him to install accordian hurricane shutters throughtout my home. His company did exellent work and I was 100% percent satisfied. I will definitely hire him again for other home improvements/ upgrades.

"I was in a bit of a bind because my A/C went out and I had a renter coming in 2 days.  They responded to my call immediately. They replaced it immediately. They were there for 8 hours and did not stop until it was done and even bought me dinner.  They followed up after the installation also.  I have had awful experiences with the local A/C companies and this company was not even close and had no problem driving down to Big Coppitt Key. The price of the new A/C was very reasonable too! You must use these guys! Nice clean cut guys too!"

"These guys installed an incredible sunroom. Our new 4 seasons room has become our favorite room in the house. The windows have opened up the view and the light and make the previous unsightly screened porch a dim memory. The energy efficient windows coupled with the 2 ceiling fans and HVAC make this room truly comfortable and will enable us to enjoy it every season and any time of the day. The new metal roof is beautiful and energy efficient and hopefully will keep us dry and cool for many years. The neighbors are already commenting on the beautiful changes that have been made. The staff was awesome. Dale and Mike were a pleasure to work with and they were completely courteous and professional at all times. They paid close attention to the details and made sure everything was done right. Its rare these days to have a crew come to your house and be addressed as ma'am and sir with no swearing or smoking in your presence. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day and left no trace of debris. Matt and Jim made numerous trips to the site to check on the progress and make sure that we were totally satisfied every step of the way. This company delivered a top notch product with quality service and staff. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends and will be using them again for new windows throughout our home.
