"Fast, responsive service—completed within 24 hours even though I didn’t request an urgent appointment. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they did a great job setting clear expectations. When I called, I was scheduled right away and received a text confirmation immediately. I also appreciated being able to send photos and videos of the issue in advance, and I got a text notification when the technician was on the way. Troy handled the job—he was efficient, professional, and even reconnected my dryer. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend! "

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Took forever for the part to come in, though that may not be their fault, the tech said he'd call and didn't. And when I called he was not showing any concern or care for the fact our refrigerator wasn't working for approx 4-6 weeks. He added additional insulation and it was back to working but it's been 2 months and now it's not keeping the temp again. Of course there is a 30 day labor warranty and he's given notice and they have no one else to do appliance repair. So I would not recommend choosing."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"Bills was referred by another business because they are one of the few local certified on LG appliances (Had I checked their reviews I would never have called them !!!) Dakota (owner) came out to diagnose a cooling problem with my 3 yr old $3000 Kenmore Elite fridge. when he got there and found out it was an LG fridge (without testing or even looking at one thing, he told me the compressor was bad) He wanted $1380 to replace it ($860 for new compressor) I bought a brand new LG compressor online for $250 and I let him replace it for $500. The fridge worked for 2 1/2 weeks, the refrigerant leaked out again, same original problem? (I don't think the original compressor was bad, it was never tested!) Dakota came back out and couldn't find the leak, so he installed a door tube bypass, and left a burnt spot on my vinyl flooring, The fridge did not get cold. He sent his dad, Steve out twice to trouble shoot and work on it, fridge still did not get cold (found out that the sealed system is now contaminated). Called Steve and he told me that he would take the fridge to his shop and replace all contaminated parts of the sealed system to fix it for another $600. That was a month ago, called twice a week, Nether one will answer their phone. We had to live out of coolers for 6 weeks. And now we are stuck with a fridge that does not get cold, that I spent $850 to fix, and now has more problems then it did before they worked on it. I had to buy a new fridge!!!!"

"Full renovation. Want to upsize water/gas & replace my failed stop-and-waste. Called PP and asked to schedule an estimate. Lady asked about project. Explained the gist and she said she couldn't provide an estimate for that over the phone, but told me their hourly rate is $165 and that is per worker so double that if two were on job, etc. Pricey, but not unexpected for skilled labor. Scheduled a time and I met Rodney. He was knowledgeable & friendly. Explained in detail what I wanted, asked if it was feasible, etc. He said they could do the water part, but since the gas line is owned by Dominion Energy up to and including the meter, I'd have to talk to them about if the gas line and/or meter needed replacing. Called DE and got on the waiting list for a "pre-eval", and as Rodney recommended I sent an email to PP with all the details of the project and a sketch for clarity. While waiting for DE to get back to me I got an invoice for $165 in the mail from PP. I called PP and asked why"

"Excellent service, replacing a faulty main board. Quick, efficient, honest, and cheaper than initially stated, which was a win-win."
