"Originally contacted them to repair some water-damaged siding on some dormers that wouldn’t be covered by insurance. While scoping out that work, they noted hail damage to my roofing that they felt would easily qualify for an insurance claim. I filed a claim with my insurance for the roof, and they sent out a third-party appraisal company that is notorious for denying claims, and my claim was denied. Arcadia then brought out their own roofing people, documented the damage and refuted the “inadequate ventilation” claim of the third-party appraiser, filed the revised information with my insurer, and as a result my insurance approved the claim for a new roof on my house and out building. Arcadia’s workmen were thorough, efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves each day. I cannot say enough good things about Arcadia and would highly recommend them to any potential customers."

"They were very good! They arrived on time and installed the windows. We haven't any problems with them."

"It went well. Tom explained the process and the person who came to fix on that day was also very helpful. He took the photos of the roof area being repaired and explained . Overall good Experience."

"From start to finish, Jim and his crew (Allen and Ronnie) were fantastic to work with.  Very punctual, finished ahead of schedule and had a keen eye for detail and quality.  They were always open to suggestions by us, always willing to make a recommendation on material type or how to detail a condition and extremely fair on settling up on a material cost plus contract.  He provided a proof of insurance.  Jobsite was sparkling clean when they completed the work.

"We were looking to get a new roof put on and expected to pay out of pocket but Heath was able to get our insurance to pay for the entire roof! The crew was extremely fast and respectful, and cleaned up after very well! I will forever recommend using Trifecta for all home renovation and repair needs!"

"Premiere did a great job on our new deck! They were fairly priced, and kept their word as to the completion date! I would highly recommend them!"

"I was concerned about some shingles that were curling up and called Travas Jones of Duraplex. He had replaced the roof on my previous house because of hail damage and I was happy with his work. Travas himself came out and did the necessary repairs (giving up much of his Saturday). Very pleased with the work Duraplex does and would not hesitate to call them again, if needed.

"James was outstanding! Our condenser fan on the AC broke. He was able to get it replaced in less than 24 hours on the hottest day we have had so far! His prices were very reasonable. We will definitely use him again if we have other issues!!"

"Josh dhis crew were amazing! Painting out full exterior of our house in a matter of days, going back over anything we had questions about at a terrific price! Ready for them to come and start my next project of some dry wall that is in need! Highly recommend to anyone!"
