"Lee (Dodley), the owner, came with several toolboxes of specialty devices and tools specifically built for carpet-stretching. He showed us why the carpet had a sizable 'hump' in the middle of the floor, moved furniture as needed to stretch carpeting in two rooms, and then expertly stretched the humps out of the carpet. He really knows his craft, was careful to prevent damage, and did the cleanup afterwards. He was fast, and charged a fair price. Carpet looks great now, and he guaranteed his work. A true professional start to finish!"

"I had contacted another company to get carpet installed in our living room, and they wanted way too much money, almost laughable.  I then contacted Carpets of Dalton on Angies list via the online email.  I received a response shortly thereafter asking me the details that I wanted. The response even came at night, after business hours.  Once I responded, I received another email back asking me my budget.  Casey, the sales rep, went and checked what they had in stock in  my price and color range.  We then set up a time on the phone for him to come look at the room to measure it.  He brought all the samples that  asked for in the color/price that I wanted.  Casey was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products.  I immediately signed a contract with him and set up an install date.  The carpet was installed  2 days later at a time that was convenient for me.  The installation guys were right on time, friendly, and did a great job.  My sales guy, Casey, even came over after to ensure that we were happy.  I will definitely be using this company in the future. "I contacted Reggie and he took the time to stop by and provide a free estimate.  Instead of having the carpet replaced (as suggested by two others), Reggie was able to clean and repair the carpet.  He also stretched the carpet to get rid of wave patterns that came from the movement of heavy furniture.  Last, he fogged the unit to help get rid of the smoke smell that was very strong.  He was completely flexible to work around schedules with painters, etc.  Reggie also provided pictures for my records."
