The electrician went to check and stayed at the property for less than 5 mins after confirmation to do full diagnostic of the electrical system. I don't think less than 5 mins is enough to run a full diagnostic and later on advise to upgrade the whole panel."

They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with.
