He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. "They were on time for the estimate and on time for the work that was performed. They removed my old shingles, tar paper, and vents and replaced them with new underlayment and GAF Timberline Shingles with new vents. The workers were efficient, knew what they were doing, worked extremely hard and long and did a great job. The project manager was on site much of the time and ready to answer any questions or respond to concerns. The new roof replaces one installed 19 years ago and the quality of the new roof greatly exceeds that of the previous roof. They cleaned up after they finished and did not destroy any flowers, shrubs, or plants. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"I have over a dozen rental houses in the metro Atlanta area  so I know  good and bad contractors.
These guys were excellent.  Eddie came out when he said he would and crawled under the house and then came out and specifically told me what the problem was and how to fix it.  I read people very well and could tell he knew what he was doing.  Last thing I wanted was to hire someone who would cause me more problems as this was a very difficult fix.
His crew came out on time every day and as important they themselves were very knowledgeable.  Eddie said around 10-11 days and that is exactly the time they took.   The crew was very courteous and cleaned up everyday before they left.
I was so impressed I hired Eddie as the general contractor to replace the roof on the house and that work  was just as good as the foundation repair.

"I called Shinya for an estimate. I have a 2 story house with plenty of roof edge. I was at work so he dealt with my wife for the estimate and met her with when he started the work - and he completed a fine job. I waited on my review to see if the squirrel(s) I knew was in attic would come back and get in. A couple of weeks past and a squirrel(s) returned. Well it sounded like it gave the house a good going over. I heard it for about 45 minutes trotting in the gutters to different sections of the house, but it was unable to find a way in and it has not returned. I had inspected the work Shinya completed and noted a very fine professional job. He did as he promised, and if I was to move I would certainly invite him back to close up my home again. He is knowledgeable of his profession - I learned some valuable information from him as he did not repeat back to me what I already learned in research."
