"Charlie and his crew worked very hard from the start to end of my residing job, even had the crew pull off old siding and replace OSB sheathing as needed over the entire house."

"We had an outstanding experience with Make a Choice Home Exterior. Our home is 3-sides brick and several pieces of siding and trim had begun to rot. We also had 2 fixed pane 4'x5' windows replaced and the entire house painted. Our project manager, Ivan was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a more professional person. He was attentive to our needs and desires and would offer recommendations when asked. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was his goal. At the end of everyday during our project, other than the completed work, we couldn't tell the work crew was onsite, everything was cleaned up! We already have other projects in mind for Make a Choice Home Exterior."

"The team at Make a Choice Home Exterior executed an exceptional job. We evaluated multiple proposals, but they shone through with their reasonably priced offer, impressive expertise, and adaptability to our requirements. Throughout the project, from the estimation phase to its conclusion, Chuck was an invaluable resource. All inquiries were addressed in a timely manner. Even when an unintentional error occurred with the paint supplier, he went the extra mile to rectify it completely. Lindomar, along with his teams, delivered high-caliber work, undertaking a full house hardie siding replacement, new gutter installation, window replacement, and a comprehensive house paint job. We are absolutely delighted with our revamped green house; it feels fresh and renewed. The compliments we keep receiving from our neighbors affirm this transformation. Without a doubt, I would enthusiastically endorse Make a Choice Home Exterior, and I wouldn't hesitate to engage their services again in the future."

"

Disappointed. We have used DIxon previously and have recommended them to other family members to use.  This was our last time using Dixon.  Too much hassle and aggravation didn't make it worth the price difference.

There is no quality control or walk through of any supervisor prior to them showing up to collect a check.  A crew (non English speaking) shows up, can't communicate, rework is necessary because wrong deck color was purchased, walls were not painted correct color, areas in closet and bathroom were not painted at all and ALOT of oversplash of white paint on the red brick exterior, driveway, etc.  Crew initially was not respectful of the house (trash, drink containers, bathroom usage) or other workers in the house.

I feel they only corrected items at my fathers house because we had also contracted with them to do our exterior paint refresh as well.  Same issues and this time an argument from the Quality Manager about all the white paint on our red brick exterior.  He stated that it was the previous painters and essentially called me a liar.  Only the trim, eves, doors, window surrounds, etc. were to be painted.  Repairs were done shoddy and we requested they redo with the materials that were quoted, screens were not put back on the correct windows, windows are painted shut, shrubs were broken and damaged, etc.

This used to be a great company and service provider.  They've painted two other houses and a barn of ours over the last 15 years all were great, but something is really lacking in their service approach at this point.  Again, disappointing.

"Project: Partial siding replacement. Very customer oriented, professional and efficient. I was impressed. Most of all, I did not feel pressured into financing. The installation has not started yet, but every preliminary interaction has been extremely positive and satisfying. I feel very confident in my selection. Highly recommend this company for the elderly. Work quality thus far is based on the professional presentation, and documentation."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"Very happy with the job done by Jon and his crew. Job was done professionally and completed on time and even faster than promised. We're very happy with the look and color of our new siding. It makes us look like a brand new house!"

"Overall an excellent job. Only is was several days with only one guy onsite as he coworkers left him. Jorge was incredible during this time doing the measurements, cutting and installing siding by himself. I can't say enough about him to do him justice."

"I asked Bob to give me a quote to repair a back porch door and sunscreen that has fallen off. I also asked him to help with painting my mail box. Bob was very prompt to come by. He gave his estimates and promised to come the next day morning to complete the project. He was on time and did a great job and on budget. I will recommend him again and I am certainly keeping his number in case I need him in future. Great guy to work with and great service. Thank you!"
