"Chamberlin Washington did a fantastic job with a very challenging project.  We needed cracks repaired in our multi-colored faux stone veneer and it took us months to find a company that had any idea how to do the job correctly.  Randy (the president of the company) came out to my house and was great about explaining the best way to tackle the problem and why.  He also returned himself to repair a few cracks with different color samples to make sure we had selected the right colors before starting the job. <br /> Jose and Nelson completed the work and were fantastic from start to finish.  I felt like they treated my house as if it were their own.  They were hard working, proactive and meticulous.  They arrived on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up at the end of each day.  I particularly appreciated their willingness to ensure that I was happy with how everything turned out.  For example, when it was necessary to rebuild individual stone squares, they worked with me to make sure that I liked the final color before putting it on the house.  I also asked them to redo several of the initial cracks - not because they were done poorly, but because they had discovered an even better way to blend in the repairs - and they did so willingly.  Before they left, Jose and Nelson asked me to make sure they had completed everything to my satisfaction.  I missed a few minor things, but Chamberlin Washington was quick to send send a team out after I called.  <br /> I was very impressed with the company's customer service from start to finish and its quality of work.  In fact, the repair of the cracks in the faux stone veneer exceeded our expectations.  I would, without hesitation, recommend Chamberlin Washington and will use them again should the need ever arise. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Cavie Thrift showed up at the appointed time and looked at our problem. He said that what was occurring was a natural condition due to how the posts supporting the center beam of the house moves slightly with the seasons. He indicated that he could have his company install two or three additional posts in the crawl space deeper in the soil, but he thought that such was not needed because the movement was so slight. Mr. Thrift concluded that nothing should be done at the present time, but if there was a noticeable increase in the separation of the countertop and backsplash, to call him. I found out later from a tile installer that grout cracks between granite and marble was to be expected because two separate materials respond different to atmospheric conditions in the house. <br /> We were most appreciative of Mr. Thrift's honest appraisal because he could have told us that an expensive repair was needed. I would not hesitate to contact his company in the future if the problem worsens. <br />"

"The owner is fantastic, he was able to get the job done with a few days of me calling because I was having floors installed. My only problem was that they accidentally painted part of a wall that was already painted, fixed it but not so that it isn't noticeable, there is a large drip on the wall and they didn't put a second coat on one of the walls. All minor things, but in the future I will take a closer look at any jobs I hire them to do in the future. <br />"

"They are wonderful painters, and Julie is learning how to to do this, but Mickey does so much. Sandy did a raw job for us. We don't have a porch or overhang for the front door, and when the wind and water came down, it came out more at an angle towards the house, and it got into the large window that we have over the door. The water got into the caulking and sat there, so we had a mildew smell. We called a company and said we had a smell and we didn't know where it was. The company said I should take pictures and send them to them. Mickey was here doing the painting, and I told him about the mildew and he took pictures, and I got reimbursed. Mickey did an excellent job of cutting away, and there was one place that was covered in Mildew and he replaced that. He is a Jack of all trades. He was extremely prompt. They were walking in the door when they said they would be here."
