"I highly recommend Foundation Systems Hawaii for excavation and repair of underground problems like foundations, footings, sink holes, and retaining walls. My property had a sink hole near the slab footing which was never evident before and I was concerned it might de-stabilize the foundation of my single-family home. Wade met with me at the property during COVID-19 precautions and observed social distancing. He examined the area and offered to prepare a detailed quotation at no cost. The quotation arrived quickly but I had several questions. Wade responded to me via email, but also called my voicemail to relay the same answers. The quote was more than I expected, however I imagine less-expensive options would not be as professional. The job took longer than expected to schedule. Trust company policy required me to approve checks written in advance, but at no time did I worry that Foundation Systems would take the money and not complete the work. Once on-site, Wade texted me photos of the sinkhole. Unknown to anyone, there was an abandoned cesspool 10 feet deep. There was no choice but to fill the hole with concrete. I am satisfied with the work they performed and confident the problem is permanently resolved. Iâ d select this company again if the need should arise. You cannot be too careful when it comes to the safety of your foundation."

They've always greeted me w/ respect and kindness. Their work ethics and great attitude is a testament to the close bond they have with Tim and each other. My two story ohana unit sits on a hillside behind the family house that is only accessible by foot, a fairly good hike up the cement stairs. Built in the early 60's the leftside foundation dropped about 5 inches. Tim assured me they can secure the foundation. The crew worked really hard having to walk up and down carrying equipment and disposing bucket loads of broken cement. Throughout the whole process of demolishing, securing foundation and rebuilding the ohana unit leftside corner wall the crew's attitude was positively solid!
