"Facing replacing the shingles on my roof was a new adventure for me. Zack was most helpful in explaining the procedure and followed through on every detail. He is most professional and knowledgeable and the job was performed timely, efficiently and with very minimal inconvenience. The workers were fast and efficient and cleaned up amazingly thorough. The old shingles had to be removed, plywood placed before the new shinlges were installed. It made for a lot of hard work and created a bit of a mess. However my yard, patio and pool area was in perfect condition at the completion of the job. They even crawled under the bushes to gather and remove any fallen material. The support from Zack was professional and timely when questions arose. Only minutes passed before a call or email was returned with answers to my inquiries."

"My roof installation went off without a hitch. The salesman communicated clearly, and the transaction was completed quickly and without difficulties. There were no scraps or debris in the yard, and the follow-up was really appreciated."

"Had a really good experience with Tri Stone Masonry and Restoration here in Annadale. We had a leak coming into our basement and needed it taken care of properly. The guys came out, figured out what needed to be done, and stuccoed the full inside of the basement to help seal and protect the walls. They did a very, very good job from start to finish. Everything looks completely different now, much cleaner and more secure, and most importantly they took care of the water problem. The crew worked hard, cleaned everything up when they were finished, and were easy to deal with throughout the job. Really happy with the work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has basement water or masonry problems."

"Andy came to our house to look at the installation. He was very responsive, helpful and personable. I feel confident that any concerns we expressed will be addressed."

"Bryan was did great work fixing a hole in our exterior stucco. He also proactively found a few things we hadn't noticed that could result water damage and sealed them proactively. He was very easy to coordinate with. If we have similar work to be done in the future we will be reaching out to Gomez Contractors again."

"ET Stucco is the finest contractor my husband and I have ever employed over the 20 years we have been living in our house. From the first meeting where Edgar Tigre, the owner, met with us and evaluated our houseâ  s needs to the final day when the project was completed, we were completely and totally thrilled with the experience and the outcome. Edgar is honest and skilled and his employees are as well. His employees are his regular staff that he has trained and employs for all his jobs. Every day, his staff would arrive on schedule and very carefully perform the painting, woodwork and stucco work, taking care at all times to protect the property from paint drips, etc. Each day ended with a cleanup and gathering of materials, taking great care with everything involved. Edgar evaluated our needs with honesty and gave us options that we could consider for our house. He gave us a final estimate for our job and when we decided to go forward, he fulfilled everything agreed upon with no surprise costs. He went above and beyond our expectations and literally transformed our house. He took great care in matching our stucco exactly so that, literally, there was no difference in color. Edgar and his crew paid attention to every detail and were perfectionists when it came to the outcome of our job. They were able to fix everything needed and initiated fixes for areas that my husband and I hadnâ  t even noticed beforehand. We will call ET Stucco for all future jobs we may need and we very highly recommend them to anyone who wants a contractor who is honest, pays attention to detail, and treats your house with care and pride. I believe that Edgar Tigre at ET Stucco would be unable to leave a project that did not meet his final seal of approval. Our house looks amazing and we are so pleased and grateful. "The services provided were acceptable and they were very efficient. Very friendly and good to work with. We had 5 spaces painted. Overall cost was on par with other quotes we received, but we chose them based on timing. While we were not under a deadline, we did want to get things completed ASAP and they were able to deliver. They even took care of a smaller side project for me as part of the scope and that was greatly appreciated. I do, however, have to comment on some of the quality issues. Some of these I pointed out at the time, but were not fully addressed upon completion. Generally, there was a sloppiness: some missed or light paint spots need touch-up; edges were not as straight as expected; bleed-through under taped areas; light switches painted; outlets painted over; and paint spots on wood floor. I am pretty forgiving of many items, but I have to remark on these because they are items that I avoid when I do the painting myself. UPDATE: We discovered more paint marks on the floors. This is really sloppy and we will likely need to have floors refinished."

"I hired MV Masonry to repair a block retaining wall. After speaking to Mike he advised me to build a new one. I received a few other quotes first but went with Mike because he truly seemed like the only honest person I spoke to and he didn’t cut any corners. I know the wall is going to hold up. Mike was incredibly responsive and is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing. He doesn’t just try to quickly smack on a finish coat and call it a day like most of these other contractors and call it a day. I highly recommend him. You don’t find people like him anymore!!"
