I appreciated that they explained things in a way I could understand, without a bunch of pressure or sales talk. The crew got started pretty quickly . They were respectful, on time, and worked hard. The whole roof was replaced, including the damaged areas underneath. They also made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. No nails left behind, which I was thankful for, because I’ve got grandkids running around, and new tires on my car."

We got the money and I couldn't remember who gave us the quote, but when I called Mr. S Roofing and Siding, He remembered us and honored the quote from before. How cool is that in this day and age. I was about to go with him when another contractor offered to do it for less. So unfortunately I did not go with him on this, but I will use him on my next project. "Extremely responsive and professional. I had a minor leak with one of my roof vents. Called on Saturday, they did the inspection on Monday and the repair on Tuesday. Only item was when asked about guarantees, it seems their work doesn't have one (or at least that's what they told my wife). Other than that, would call them back in a heartbeat. Hasn't rained since the repair, but I took a look and believe it will hold the test of time."
