Clay came out on Friday, treated our flower bed, inspected our whole yard and found other spots. He did the treatment and will be coming back next week to check to see how well it worked. I highly recommend John Moore if you have a rodent problem. "

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, there are enough Pest Control Companies that conduct business in an ethical manner, save yourself the headache before its too late. They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. I can understand differently if it was due to my own reasons and not the quality of service they are providing. Regardless of my position on the cancelation fee, their contract states I have 30 days to remit payment, but ins"

"When our landscaper said we had a bee problem after they were stung, we called in the experts at Critter Control. Roger and another tech arrived early for our appointment and went to examine the area after we provided them the information we had. Well---there was no bee nest found, nor any signs of bees in or around the utility boxes within the landscaped area. We are so grateful that Critter Control is upfront and honest. "When we signed up the contract, they had mentioned (not promised) that it would last up to 1 year. After 3 months, all kinds of bugs started showing up. When I contacted them, they were responsive but asked me to take pictures of bugs and send them. I sent them at least 4. Now, they would blame it on weather, outside bugs, unlucky house, and everything else under the sun. When confronted as to why outside bug did not show up for the first 3 months after spray, they did not have an answer. Their response range from Mocking to Shouting."
