"This was the second project that Genadek was hired for.  The reason Genadek was rehired to do work that no other contractor seemed to want to take on was because the company delivers what it says it will.  The first project was an extensive drain tile system with permeable pavers and a french drain, which has provided a beautiful place to entertain as well as much needed management of a high water table.  And when Genadek encountered issues with the high water table, they researched and came up with a plan - a plan that became the solution we had been searching for going on 6 years.
On both projects, Genadek was upfront about changing conditions of the project and gave us the information necessary to make a decision.  At no point was there a feeling that Genadek was doing anything other than respecting us and the financial constraints of the projects.  It is impossible to expect a bid to always be perfect down to the last penny, however Genadek makes a concerted effort to do just that and when they cannot - you will know why.

"Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area. "We are absolutely thrilled with the bathroom remodels performed by Construction as Investment, LLC. We needed to remodel two of our three bathrooms. The two bathrooms are of moderate size, yet we had received estimates ranging from $25-$50,000, which seemed extreme. We then saw the big deal the company was offering for a full bathroom remodel for $5,000 and purchased two of the big deals after researching and finding good reviews on their work.



Vitaly was the project manager and he took the time to answer our questions and provided good suggestions for a few tricky details in our spaces. He also provided all of the needed measurements and instructions so we could confidently go and pick out all of the materials we wanted to use. This was especially helpful with the tile since my wife and I have never done a project with tile before and weren't experts by any means at understanding what to look for and what we would need. Before and during the remodels, I primarily communicated with Vitaly by texting and he was always prompt in responding. This method of communicating was quick and efficient and made it easy to keep the work moving.



Viktor is the companies "bathroom guy" and is an amazing craftsman and hard worker. He actually did both bath remodels all on his own, yet completed the work quicker than the time estimates we had gotten from the other companies that had given us estimates. And it wasn't from cutting corners, etc. Instead, Viktor's work was outstanding. Our city inspector even remarked about the high quality of workmanship on the remodels. Viktor is a very kind, quite and honorable individual. Because we had two bathroom remodels, Viktor spent a fair amount of time in our home and he really felt like a friend by the time the remodels were complete. We were actually sad when the remodels were finished because it meant we wouldn't see him anymore. When has anyone ever said that about someone working in their home? Our nanny homeschools our youngest daughter, so they and our dog were around the house each day with Viktor. He was always friendly to them and they enjoyed seeing him each day.



About a month after the remodels were complete, we had a crack in the grout in the corner of one of the showers. I texted Vitaly and he made arrangements for Viktor to stop back over one evening and make the repair. There was no hassle in resolving the issue and it was nice to see their commitment to doing the right thing even after the work is over and they've been paid.



We had a tremendous experience with this company and would highly recommend them to others looking for a company that does good work and stands behind it.
