Get matched with top wood flooring refinish pros in Pebble Beach, CA

"A very responsive and knowledgeable company. I worked with Miguel and he came over and gave a very reasonable estimate. His team came in and plastic'd over everything (and I mean *everything*) so that no dust ended up on our pictures, kitchen, or anywhere else for that matter. The end result was better than I had expected - 20 years of life, dogs, beach sand, etc had brought many areas of the floor down to bare wood and very dulled finish (where any finish was left) - the brought it back to its former glory. Great work and I will definitely call them again if needed."

"From the very start, the consultation with Marissa was outstanding. She was very helpful, informative and well prepared. She presented many flooring types to choose from and provided guidance that was much appreciated. Dan made sure that the material was quickly acquired and expediently scheduled. Steven was an excellent installer and fixed the subfloor issue around the toilet very thoroughly and installed the LVP flooring in the kitchen expertly. My high praise here is a reflection of my satisfaction and overall recommendation of this company."

"Todd quoted and installed my floors in less than a month. He gave us the best quote we received and walked us through the entire process from start to finish in a clear and concise way. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted from matching finish with our existing wood floor to making sure the install was done 100% perfectly in a timely fashion. We are very happy with our new white oak floors an would highly recommend TRN flooring if you are looking to have new wood floors installed or refinished."

"Ilan and his team at IY Development and Renovation INC turned my outdated home into a modern masterpiece! From the initial consultation to the final touches, they were professional, detail-oriented, and communicative throughout. I particularly loved their creative suggestions for optimizing space and lighting, and the quality of the craftsmanship is evident in every room. The transformation exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Ilan for anyone looking for complete interior remodeling."

"â The entire team were amazing. We were very hesitant and nervous about the remodel of our master bath as we had not done a remodel before. We interviewed others and continued to delay the project each year as we heard so many nightmarish bathroom remodel stories from friends, until we met Expert Home Builders owner. He kept his promises about budget and timing and delivered even more than we expected. His team arrived and departed according to plan, were extremely neat and even protected our very new hardwood floors (which they had to walk across numerous times daily) from any damage. Our bathroom is everything we hoped for and have been enjoying it for nearly a year. Thank you for a wonderful work !"

"Jose was very prompt in replying to my request to change air filters, replace my tankless water heater cartridge, paint a wood border and garden stool. He was able to work around my schedule and complete these on a Sat. We even discussed some upcoming projects for spring, I will definitely hire him again!"

I have been painting commercial, residential, and custom over 20 years and am a journeyman in flooring. Me and my kids and cousins work together. For large jobs requiring license and bonding we can provide but prices will be higher. If you want those small faux finish custom jobs or just small jobs the contractors don't call you back for- please give us a try. I have references, pictures, and videos for before and after.
