"<strong>Christmas Eve morning</strong> <strong>at 10 a.m. our kitchen sinks completely stopped draining.</strong>  Home remedies (snake and plunger) did absolutely nothing.  Called our regular plumber but they were totally booked; they recommended Northern Illinois Sewer Service.  Called No. Ill. and was told he would be here within the hour, which he was.  Within 30  minutes he had the blocked line opened and the drains flowing well.  Timely, professional and knows his business.  And, the rate was very reasonable considering it was same day service and was Christmas Eve.  We recommend No. Ill. Sewer without reservation and will use them again  if we have the need.  Could not have been more pleased. <br />"

"Our sump pump was running almost continuously for weeks, and listening closely by the water meter we knew that the main water line coming from the city was leaking. We got proposals from more than one contractor and selected Pearson because I liked their confidence and their proposed solution of how they would install a new main water line. They were a bit higher in price than others but I went with them. They did an outstanding job, with minimal excavation near the street, and zero mess with our landscaping as well as inside our home where the line meets the meter. The workers were professional, courteous and efficient. Our water was only turned off for under 3 hours, and the entire job including back fill of the excavation was about four and a half hours. I will absolutely be using Pearson for any and all plumbing issues in the future."

"The Technician was on time and very courteous. All the necessary equipment and parts were on the truck. The job was done in quick fashion and the basement was nice and clean after the job was finished. The new sump pump does not have one of those floating balls that get caught between the pump and the well wall. The back up pump was installed in the well which made for a nice and clean look. The PVC pipe was installed nice and solid so it did not move around when the water flows through it. The Technician was very knowledgeable about his job and understood our requirements. "We actually called Frink's out on the 5th of July for a backup in our plumbing. The gentleman came out at the set time, 4:00 p.m. and got right to work. He stayed on task and included my husband in the description of what he was doing at each turn. The process took until 11:30 p.m. as the clog ended up being caused by roots that were coming in from the main pipe to the road. Our home was once a duplex that has been converted to a single family. The original plumbing for the reconstruct did not include any clean-out points and goes from one corner of the home to the other, along the outside wall. He was very thorough and gave my husband recommendations as to what we should have done to hopefully prevent a future backup. One of these suggestions was to have a clean-out installed. <br /> <br /> In August we started looking for a plumber to come in and do the suggested work. After checking a few different plumbers we gave Frink's a call and scheduled an estimate. When the gentleman came out he and my husband inspected the plumbing together. He told my husband that half of what we were told should be done, didn't need to be done. We needed the clean-out installed but the plumbing that was suggested (a complete re-piping job that would have cost us upwards of $2000.00) was not necessary. He installed the clean-out valve on a return visit as well as an outdoor faucet that had been leaking, in less than 2 hours and for just under $200.00! <br /> <br /> We are completely satisfied with Frink's and would recommend them to anyone as well as call them for any future plumbing needs that may arise! <br />"
