"Great, I was doing a renovation on my powder room and needed Joe to disconnect and later reconnect the plumbing fixtures. It was a little tricky because of the way the drain pipe lined up (it didn't). Joe is a very capable plumber and does very neat work. He's also done several appliance repairs for us in the past (dishwasher, washing machine) and really knows what he's doing. It's unfortunately kind of unusual in this world where it seems like a lot of people are just winging it. I like that I can communicate with Joe via text, even sending pictures of the things I need done so he knows what he's getting into and can be prepared.
