(first timer).sensing my frustration he showed up to my house the NEXT DAY ready to tackle the problem i created!! his quote was more than fair. i actually thought it was really cheap.. usually you get what you pay for. but this time i got someone who was reliable honest and consistent from the second he answered the phone until my pool was sparkling clean. big thanks to the backyard bosses. you will not find a more reliable company. it is truely been a pleasure "

"They arrived 2 hours late. They left equipment on my property came back and got their property without my permission. They dumped dirty water in my pool after they said that they were not going to. They said they were able to fix a patch and then they said that they were not able to. Very unprofessional. Every time I set up a time and date with them they were late or did not show up and they took the top off the pool and left it balled up in the grass.. I would give them no stars if possible."
