"This hasn’t been a smooth process for me. There was a lack of communication. The team that came out was not prepared or detailed oriented and they did not properly cleanup their messes. When they arrived they did actually work the work just wasn’t satisfactory. I appreciate that Tristan did attempt to make things right. I’m disappointed at the fact that I wasn’t included in the decision making process as only I have a vision of how I want my home to look. The door is gorgeous. Thank you to Roger Soto for making the effort to do the work with pride and effort. Just because it wasn’t a smooth process for me doesn’t mean the same for you. Things were not conducted to my expectations. This may not be how Amberstone does business or wants to be known to operate but this is what happened. We offer awnings ( stationery and motorized ) , patio covers, screen rooms, motorized and non-motorized shades and custom pergolas.
"The cover to our patio looks great, but ... to install the three posts. they needed to cut into the existing stone patio. After the cover was installed, they did an inadequate job replacing the stones around two of the three posts. I went to the office to pay for the work, told them of this problem, and they told me to send photos and they would get it addressed. I've sent photos (twice), but they have ignored my requests. Lesson learned: don't pay until you are completely satisfied."
