"We can't say enough good about working with The Kings Mitigator, and Especially Sam Tetrick! We had a large amount of Hail damage to our home from storms. We ended up with a brand new roof, siding, new Wood under the siding, gutters, and gutter helmets. Sam was invaluable through the entire process, meeting with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered, meeting them at the home when we were at work, calls, picking out our shingles and siding, the entire process really. Even when a wrench was thrown in the process (our home is older and apparently had no wood underneath the siding!) they were able to get all new wood installed as a code upgrade in 1 day, and get insurance to cover that too. Here we are now with an incredible new roof, beautiful high quality siding and brand new gutters and gutter helmets. All installed so professionally and done so well. They made this process as easy as it could be and did everything they could to make sure we were well taken care of. I recommend them to anyone that needs any work done. They are small enough to care intently about us as a client, and big enough to make sure all work is done with quality and durable materials. 5 stars all the way around!"

"I am especially impressed by this company. From the representative who called on me initially, a Mr. Drew Edgell, to the ladies I dealt with in the office, Rebecca (I think) and Laura, to the men who did the work everyone seems wonderful. They all responded to my needs (a quick repair to fix a leak)in a very quick, effective, and efficient manner. And they pulled it off before the forecast heavy rains came. Many thanks to all the folks at Louisville Roof Repair and Replace! May God bless you all!"

"The roof replacement was fine, but he didn't seal/paint the soffit. This caused a delay in the completion of the repairs I need to complete for an appraiser to sign off on the sale of the house, which caused a delay in the close date. Punctuality and professionalism.

"This month we had Bone Dry back for the third time in a year. All different jobs. This time to install wood bead board paneling to our garage ceiling. The ceiling was stippled drywall that had been painted, but the tape joints were cracking and coming loose. Tape joints could have been repaired, but likely would crack in the future. Therefore we wanted wood bead board paneling installed like what we had installed a few years ago over our front porch at the front door. The tech, Nate Stevens, has a carpenterâ s background and did a great job cutting and fitting the panels complete with trim for a truly finished look. After painting twice, it looks great. If you have a job in mind involving careful measurement ,and especially carpentry work, ask for Nate !"
