"We have a large 3-car garage with concrete floor in our Atlanta home we decided to have sealed and coated. After checking with a number of sites which rate companies performing this work, we settled on Guardian Garage Floors for their high ratings and positive reviews. Their salesman Charlie came out and quoted the job, and went through all of the color choices Guardian offers. After settling on the right look, we scheduled an appointment with their installation team. The team arrived on time in a truck and trailer which they positioned outside the garage and went to work. It was a three-person crew led by a highly experienced tech also named Charlie! It was an all-day event, started at 7:00 a.m. and went non-stop to 3:00 p.m. The completed polymer coating looks great and we'll wait a few days as recommended before moving our cars and other items back in the garage. Guardian Garage Floors did exactly as they promised, did a great cleanup after the installation, and we are extremely happy with their staff, their product line, and their installation employees. We recommend them to anyone seeking this type of floor covering."

"I hate writing reviews, as everybody and his dog seems to think they are the greatest thing since grits for promoting their business. But, you need to know about these guys before you pour concrete. Calera, Alabama does not allow you to park on the street in front of your house. Two parking spaces + three vehicles = problem. After hiring this company, problem solved! From the initial contact to the final product, these guys are the ultimate professionals. In addition to some of the best-looking concrete work I have seen, they hauled off a tree stump and even moved my mailbox! The quality of work was fantastic. They drilled holes in the existing concrete pad to install large steel bars to reinforce the joint between old and new. They did a proper job of using reinforcing mesh to strengthen the concrete they were pouring and used a stronger concrete that what was already poured. The finish work is immaculate! They even formed a small curbing at the end of the driveway to give a smoother transition between driveway, yard and street and paid special attention to providing proper drainage for the yard. The difference between adequacy and artistry is in the attention to detail of your product, be it a service or pouring concrete. Anybody with a wheelbarrow and a shovel can pour concrete. It takes a professional to make sure it will do the job. It takes an artist to make a simple concrete parking pad a work of art. These guys definitely fit into the "Artist" category. "My project was over a small area and I had a very difficult time getting any contracts to place a bid. Ronnie submitted a bid the same day that he came to our home. We had a few communication issues early on, but were able to work everything out after speaking with Ronnie. "Antonio and his crew did an amazing job.  I was a little reluctant to give such a big job to someone I hadn't worked with before, but after reading all of the rave reviews on Angie's list I decided to give him a try.  He came  by the same day I called him and after discussing the job, he gave me a bid the next day.  Not 10 days or two weeks later- the next day. (Some of the companies I contacted didn't even bother to call or come by until Antonio was almost done with the job). Nine days total, excluding weekends, somewhat delayed due to several days of rain.
Not only was his price the lowest bid from those I received, (3), it was less than half of the highest bid from another well known company... but more importantly, the quality of work and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. So much so that I kept finding things for him to do.  Mainly digging up and replanting dead or diseased shrubs & plants from the harsh winter. He is very flexible and motivated to please and accommodate as things arise that had not been planned or accounted for.
I'm not telling you not to get multiple job estimates, but I have had a lot of landscape & hardscape work done by several different companies through the years, and not only did he do it for less, but the quality of materials and workmanship was simply excellent. His crew works hard when no one is watching.  That's rare these days.
