"We hired Joseph to install a new under-cabinet microwave that did not match the footprint of the old one, requiring some tile work. He did a great job and you can't tell that some serious rejiggering was required. He also did a great job replacing several old, single pane, oddly sized windows. Clearly the previous owners couldn't have been bothered to find non-factory size windows, but he sourced great replacements, did a beautiful job installing them promptly, dealt with supply chain issues with grace, and even included finishing touches we hadn't thought of, like installing a curtain rod and curtain for a shower window. The windows and microwave have been there a couple years now and are doing great!"

"The job went very smoothly overall.   There are always minor problems that have to be worked around during the job.   We discussed how we thought the job should be done.   I felt he had a good technical construction knowledge and I liked his ideas on how to fix the problem.  I stayed out of his way but was available if he had a question.    I had agreed to get rid of the debris when he first looked at the job, and that was one thing that helped keep the price very reasonable.  We had to look through all the board and batten siding I had to find the best pieces.  Some was no good but I still have some left for future small repairs.  Being retired was good because I could separate the stack of siding, get debris out of his way, and I could see exactly how it was going back together again for future reference.  I even took a few photos.  He finished in one day.

"Working with Sara at the Kitchen Center was fantastic.  I was nervous about the cost of a new kitchen and overwhelmed with the details of a new layout.  Sara was full of good ideas and she was so patient with me as we worked through planning my new kitchen.  I compared prices to the kitchen company who originally installed our old kitchen and the Kitchen Center prices were comparable.  I gave the price a B rating above only because it isn't cheap to redo a kitchen, but paying for quality cabinets is so worth it!  It took me a few weeks to make a final decision on what I wanted, but when I finally did, Sara made sure that the delivery and installation of the cabinets was on schedule and kept me up to date.  The installer was very professional.  He was a perfectionist and he did an amazing job.  Overall, we are thrilled with our new kitchen!  We love the Wood-Mode cabinets, the pull-out shelves, and some of the nice bells & whistles that are available with quality cabinets.  I would certainly recommend Kitchen Center to anyone who needs a new kitchen or bath and would like to work with a team of designers who are professional and knowledgeable.  "

"The project went along just as scheduled and we are very pleased with the outcome the deck is beautiful and has truly enhanced our home we are out there all the time! The service was on time and all the staff was so polite and very respectful of our privacy. They even put in the deck where there were no nails or screws protruding from the top they put the nails and screws in the side of the decking it looks beautiful and it was an excellent price. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Job 1: Mark & Scott were professional .They are on the job every day & have excellent sub-contractors. There were also several changes that took place during the project, which were all handled without incident. Job 2: Mark & Scott were responsible for building the bathroom & the design, which included enlarging the area to include space previously used for storage. When construction began, the building code required that we reinforce the some of the infrastructure in the bathroom. This was handled smoothly, & was incorporated with a new a/c system & electrical service upgrade. The bathroom included several unique aspects, including vaulted ceilings, new heating, & moving a wall/doorway for another room. The diverse skill set that Mark & Scott bring to the job allows them to manage all aspects of the job, including any unforeseen occurrences that take place. The room came out beautifully & we were very comfortable having them in the house."
