"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

"The job was done quickly and responsibly. The air conditioner had been framed into the window for about 30 years and it was an old and heavy one. The work was a little tough at first but the workers did a great job removing it without doing any damage to the window frame or the woodwork around the window. "The job went very smoothly overall.   There are always minor problems that have to be worked around during the job.   We discussed how we thought the job should be done.   I felt he had a good technical construction knowledge and I liked his ideas on how to fix the problem.  I stayed out of his way but was available if he had a question.    I had agreed to get rid of the debris when he first looked at the job, and that was one thing that helped keep the price very reasonable.  We had to look through all the board and batten siding I had to find the best pieces.  Some was no good but I still have some left for future small repairs.  Being retired was good because I could separate the stack of siding, get debris out of his way, and I could see exactly how it was going back together again for future reference.  I even took a few photos.  He finished in one day.

She listened to our ideas, showed us different styles and layouts she had done and then visited our home to get a feel for the project and take measurements/pictures. Once we had a basic concept in mind, Sara went back and developed some plans along with illustrations to show us how it would all come together. She worked with the contractors to make sure that our dreams could fit into the budget we planned for the project -even with all the upgrades we needed to bring our home up to code. 
The cabinetry she recommended is beautifully made and totally fits our house. From ordering to delivery  there weren't any problems - everything was packed nicely and labeled properly - everything arrived undamaged, and the contractor had no problems with assembly.
After the kitchen was finished in April, Sara contacted us twice after to make sure that everything was OK and to see if she there was anything we wanted to change or add. We thought of a wine rack and she had someone in her office drop it off at the house for no extra charge."
