"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

He got the repairs done within his time frame and provided images of the repairs...all good. This prompted me to consider him for other tasks that we needed done. My next experiences with him began to change. Between not being able to get reliable call backs and confirmation of repairs I, eventually, had to find another repair person. He's a cool guy but it appears that the more comfortable he gets the less professional things become. If you have a single job you'll probably be just fine. "Willy's Tile. He did tiles and i asked if he could replace toilets, which was cheaper that hiring a plumber and they came and did the work. The only problem was that they ended up breaking a pipe and said they probably should have held some part when they undid it. Water covered the entire hallway downstairs, but they finally got it cleaned up but was pretty disappointing that it happened. Willy is professional and i would consider hiring him for tiles. The upstairs toilet they replaced is still leaking and it's probably not there fault. I hired a plumber who said the problem was with the toilet itself. They got it done in four hours and it created a big mess with the water."
