"The gentlemen was very friendly and helpful. I had previously accidentally ran over the vent pipe breaking the top off and leaving a ring inside the pipe. He kindly removed it for me at no cost. They seemed to do a good job emptying the septic tank even having us flush the toilets to make sure everything was draining properly.
