"There was a slow leak in a finished basement wall.  Made an appointment two days prior for a Saturday morning.  Mr. Alfonso Dimas called ahead and arrived promptly.  He attempted to find the leak that appeared to be coming from an enclosed  wall area.  He recommended a leak detection company to find the specific location of the leak prior to any repairs..  At my request, he installed two ball valves in copper piping  in a attempt to control the water flow to the area where the leak appeared to originate.
Mr. Dimas was professional and efficient.  Would use their services again.  I seldom need plumbing services, so I do not have a current  reference for pricing this service.  The price seemed to be a tad high, so I awarded them a C for pricing.

"Removed old water heater and installed new water heater and brought water heater up to code. They arrived on time and performed the work efficiently and neatly. The price for the direct vent water heater plus installation was about $250 less than another local quote. Overall I am very satisfied with the price and quality of the installation."

Knowlegable sale rep who was able to put together a better package combining a varible speed air handler with suggested heat pump to achieve the desired syatem seer efficiency for less than competitors larger and more expensive units with the single and two stage handler. "I had a water heater emergency on a Saturday, and my four girls were frantic with no hot water.  I called several plumbers who were not able to come out on the weekend or wanted way too much money.  When I called Steve at All about Plumbing, he was very nice and was able to come out the sameday.  He did not charge an estimate fee, gave me an estimate to fix the problem.  He installed a new heater that night and we were back in business and ready for Sunday morning showers before church.  He promised to be there at a certain time and was.  He was professional.  I would recommend to my friends and family."

"Stephen was great, my tub backed up with water and my toilet would not flush, turns out my septic field needed replacing. Very responsive, reasonably priced and best of all. I didn’t have to leave my home during the repairs. I’d give 10 stars if I could."
